Donations
General Rules
- All decks must be composed of real images/illustrations from any category-related subject you are going to donate. Do take note that signed artworks like Marvel's are considered official as long as it can be seen as official merchandise (like prints) and the likes.
- Please make sure to check the Deck Claims as well as the Deck Donations first before making any deck claims and/or donations so that whatever you want to donate is still free for you to claim.
- When donating an image/illustration, please use any of the following: 1) the official link, 2) Google Drive link, or 3) an image hosting site that doesn't break the original image's quality. This is to avoid expiration of links in case donations aren't made as quickly as possible.
Photo Limits for Categories
- MVs: 100 max
- Photoshoots: 50 max per version
- Groups/Idols/Ships: 75 max
Who Can Be Donated?
- they must be a real group (virtual groups like plave are okay! kpop demon hunters are not)
- groups who have had an official korean debut/under a korean company (so no katseye, xg, kda, etc)
- katseye is considered a global group and is under hybe america. xg is under a japanese company, and has no korean songs, even if they've promoted in sk
- banned: seungri, taeil, lucas, kiss of life, tarzzan. if anyone feels uncomfortable with other idols, we will look into it

Artist/Group Donations
Fan-taken, performance, instagram, etc are preferred for artist donations! Please do not include any from photoshoots unless they are from ones that have less than 10 images and can't be donated. (eg. a magazine photoshoot that only has a few useable images or a photoshoot from a brand are okay! Images from a group comeback concept or seasons greetings are not okay)MV Donations
- Try to keep the choreography shots to a minimum! We'd rather focus on the members, cinematic shots, etc. [ofc there's exceptions such as if it's mostly choreography lol]
- Japanese and English mvs are allowed! (as long as they’re different than the Korean version) Please mark them as such if you're donating one so we know!
Ship Donations
Ship decks are decks that include 2 members of the same group. the decks will be named after the "official" [fan-official] names. For example, the Stray Kids duo Hyunjin and Felix is known as hyunlix, and that is what would be included as the deck name. For Le Sserafim's Sakura and Yunjin, it's hotcoolz.Photoshoot Donations
Our photoshoot decks are 10, 15, 20, and 25 card decks! That means your photoshoot donations must include at least 11 images. If you have a photoshoot that only has 10 useable images, feel free to donate it anyway and we will try our best to make it work!If donating a photoshoot from an album that has different versions (which are most albums lbr) you have the choice of donating a specific version, or all versions of that photoshoot. Keep in mind that if you donate every version together, you will still get the same amount of rewards as donating 1 (you'll still get the donator pull for each of them!)
eg. If donating BTS' Love Yourself: TEAR, you can choose to donate version Y and/or version U, or you can donate all 4 versions Y, O, U, R.
If there aren't enough photos of each version for individual decks, you can keep them all in the same folder. However, if there are enough for them to be different decks, keep them in separate sub-folders inside the main folder as shown below:
How to Donate
- You must claim a deck first BEFORE you can donate them. This is to make sure that there will be no overlaps with claims by others and that the limits are being followed.
- To claim a deck, go to your member panel then fill up the Deck Claims form. Once you have gathered the desired image or illustration for your claimed deck, you can then proceed to submit a Deck Donations form. You will automatically receive your deck donation rewards after submitting the form.
- When claiming or donating a deck, make sure to fill up the following information needed on the forms correctly. A placeholder has been included to give you an idea of each required fields.
